This white paper series discusses the findings from a joint research survey conducted in the Spring of 2009 to better understand the use and value of QlikView among its customer community. It further examines the findings on the value, business benefits and costs experienced and realized by QlikView customers. Online survey responses from more than 800 customers along with in-depth discussions with select customers provided IDC with the primary research to further examine and provide their opinion on QlikView’s unique approach to delivering BI solutions with higher levels of customer satisfaction, more quickly and at lower cost relative to other BI providers.
