Lars Björk

CEO

Lars has held several positions as CFO in different industries such as ScandStick and Resurs Finance. He has been responsible for building internal processes and systems as well as for the financial controlling and management in the QlikTech Group. Lars joined QlikTech in 2000 as CFO, and assumed the role of CEO in October, 2007.

Lars has an MBA from the University of Lund, Sweden and a Degree in Engineering from the Technical College in Helsingborg.

Jonas Nachmanson

CTO

As CTO, Jonas is responsible for managing and running all aspects of the development of QlikTech's products, including QlikView, QlikView Server and QlikView Publisher. Since joining QlikTech in 1996, Jonas' primary role has been to lead the R&D activities. During his early years with the company, he frequently found himself wearing several hats. In addition to R&D, Jonas has at various times been responsible for product marketing, sales management and even a bit of direct sales.

Previously Jonas served in various technical and marketing positions with Tetra Pak, a world leader in liquid food packaging. Jonas has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Lund Institute of Technology, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Lund University. In addition, he studied Russian and Eastern European Studies at Uppsala University.

William G. Sorenson

William G. Sorenson

CFO

As QlikTech CFO, Bill is responsible for financial controls and operational initiatives to support the company's business. Bill brings a broad base of financial and operational experience and a proven track record of enhancing operating performance through process improvement, cost control, acquisitions and new business development. Before joining QlikTech, he served in leadership positions at world-leading enterprises and emerging startups in the technology, media, entertainment, and mobile telecom industries, including SavaJe Technologies, EMI Music Publishing, Bertelsmann and The News Corporation Ltd.

Bill holds an MA in International Relations from The American University, Washington, DC, and a BA in Foreign Languages from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York.

Anthony Deighton

Anthony Deighton

SVP Products

Anthony Deighton is responsible for product marketing and strategy at QlikTech. Most recently, Anthony was the General Manager of Siebel System's Employee Relationship Management (ERM) business unit. Anthony helped found the ERM business at Siebel and it grew to over 300 customers, $20 million a year in license revenue, was recognized as Siebel's fastest-growing product line and named Product Line of the Year.

Prior to joining Siebel, Anthony worked as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney in Chicago.

Deighton holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

EVP Global Field Operations

Les is responsible for QlikTech's global sales and field operations. Les is a 25 year veteran of the IT industry with extensive experience in IT Consulting, international sales and business management in hyper growth companies. Formerly a Vice President and General Manager for Oracle Corp, Les was responsible for establishing Oracle's presence in Eastern Europe and managed Oracle's Middle East and Africa businesses. Following a successful career, Les moved to Siebel Systems where he for 5 years served as the Vice President for Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, where he also successfully managed the business from startup to market dominance. Prior to joining QlikTech in June 2005, Les was the Vice President and General Manager International Markets for the Document Management company StreamServe.

With a track record of establishing highly successful businesses in International markets with both direct and indirect distribution strategies Les brings world class knowledge and practical experience to the Executive team of QlikTech.

Doug Laird

Douglas Laird

VP Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Doug drives QlikView's global corporate marketing strategy. He brings more than 24 years of software marketing experience to his role. Prior to QlikView, Doug was senior vice president of marketing at SAP/Virsa, a compliance company, where he was instrumental in driving the company to establish market leadership. During his first year, SAP/Virsa's run rate increased from $8 million to $100 million and its customer base grew 300% to over 300 customers.

In seven years as vice president of marketing at Siebel Systems, Doug held key executive marketing posts and played a major role in building the marketing organization as the company grew from $410 million to $1.8 billion. He previously led strategic marketing initiatives at Oracle, driving the launch of the company's first commercially successful product for the Intel platform, taking 60% market share. Before that, he was a product manager at Charles Schwab, playing a critical role in creating its online trading strategy and product offerings that captured 70% of the market, positioning Schwab for long-term competitive advantage. Doug holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from University of the Pacific.
