Lars Björk

Chief Executive Officer

Lars Björk leads QlikTech as CEO and is a member of the company’s board of directors. He oversaw the company’s initial public offering (IPO) in 2010 on the NASDAQ, which was recognized as one of the year’s top tech IPOs. Under Mr. Björk’s leadership, QlikTech has sustained tremendous growth of nearly 300%.

Mr. Björk is recognized as an authority on driving company culture through an accessible management style, with articles appearing in the New York Times, Forbes and Harvard Business Review and speaking engagements at conferences including the CEO2CEO Leadership Summit. He attended the World Economic Forum, was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year national winner in the technology category and was invited to speak at the e-G8 Forum. More recently he was nominated to participate in Startup America, a White House initiative to accelerate high-growth entrepreneurship.

Before QlikTech, Mr. Björk held several positions as CFO at companies such as ScandStick and Resurs Finance. He has an MBA from the University of Lund, Sweden and a Degree in Engineering from the Technical College in Helsingborg.

As QlikTech CFO, Bill is responsible for financial controls and operational initiatives to support the company's business. Bill brings a broad base of financial and operational experience and a proven track record of enhancing operating performance through process improvement, cost control, acquisitions and new business development. Before joining QlikTech, he served in leadership positions at world-leading enterprises and emerging startups in the technology, media, entertainment, and mobile telecom industries, including SavaJe Technologies, EMI Music Publishing, Bertelsmann and The News Corporation Ltd.

Bill holds an MA in International Relations from The American University, Washington, DC, and a BA in Foreign Languages from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York.

Anthony Deighton

Senior Vice President, Products

As Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Products, Anthony is responsible for guiding product strategy and leads all aspects of the company’s R&D efforts. Since joining in 2005, Anthony has played a critical role in evolving and driving QlikView's product evolution to maximize the potential of business user-driven BI.

Previously, Anthony was the General Manager of Siebel System's Employee Relationship Management (ERM) business unit. Anthony helped found the ERM business at Siebel and it grew to over 300 customers, $20 million a year in license revenue, was recognized as Siebel's fastest-growing product line and named Product Line of the Year.

Prior to joining Siebel, Anthony worked as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney in Chicago.

Deighton holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

Leslie Bonney

Les is responsible for QlikTech's global sales and field operations. Les is a 25 year veteran of the IT industry with extensive experience in IT Consulting, international sales and business management in hyper growth companies. Formerly a Vice President and General Manager for Oracle Corp, Les was responsible for establishing Oracle's presence in Eastern Europe and managed Oracle's Middle East and Africa businesses. Following a successful career, Les moved to Siebel Systems where he for 5 years served as the Vice President for Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, where he also successfully managed the business from startup to market dominance. Prior to joining QlikTech in June 2005, Les was the Vice President and General Manager International Markets for the Document Management company StreamServe.

With a track record of establishing highly successful businesses in International markets with both direct and indirect distribution strategies Les brings world class knowledge and practical experience to the Executive team of QlikTech.

QlikTech CPO, Paul Farmer

Paul is responsible for leading the global human resource organization, including all aspects of recruiting, total rewards, talent management, people development, internal communications, and HR systems and operations.

Previously, Paul was a senior HR Consultant at Burish & Associates, specializing in HR and Finance transformations, organizational design, team and leader effectiveness. Prior to Burish & Associates, he was the Vice President of HR for eBay. Paul has also held senior HR management roles with Bank of America and Hewlett Packard, leading staffing, talent management, learning and organizational development.

Paul holds an MBA and BS degree from California State University, Sacramento with a major in Human Resources. Paul also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Debbie Lofton

Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary

Debbie is responsible for providing legal support on operational issues and developing and implementing business processes to achieve business goals and mitigate risk. She also supports SEC reporting and corporate governance compliance programs, joint venture and merger and acquisition transactions,intellectual property activities, and manages internal and external legal resources.

She joins Qliktech from McCausland Keen & Buckman, where she provided legal services to public and private clients in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business counseling, and general corporate law. Prior to McCausland Keen & Buckman, Debbie was the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary for InfraSource Services, Inc. where she was responsible for corporate governance and compliance, SEC reporting, litigation management, acquisitions and divestitures, labor and employment, and general commercial. She has also served as SVP and General Counsel for SunGard Availability Services, EVP and General Counsel of RMH Teleservices Inc. and VP-Legal and Assistant General Counsel for SunGard Data Systems.

Debbie holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Terrie leads QlikTech’s global marketing strategy, overseeing brand, marketing and communications investments. She has more than 20 years of experience marketing software, hardware and services to businesses and consumers globally, with expertise spanning industries such as digital commerce, enterprise software, financial services, healthcare, and supply chain solutions.

With a strong background in helping companies evolve global brands, expand market share and drive profitable revenue, Terrie previously served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy for Manhattan Associates, a global enterprise supply chain solution leader, and Executive Vice President of Marketing for CheckFree, a financial electronic commerce pioneer that established the electronic billing and payment market along with other online banking and commerce services. O’Hanlon’s career also includes executive marketing positions with WebMD Practice Services, Dun and Bradstreet Software and Per-Se Technologies, as well as consulting for a variety of leading technology companies through marketing agency roles.

Terrie holds a Master in Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Florida where she was honored as valedictorian.
