- Portal access issues (Qonnect Partner Portal and Customer Portal)
- Download issues
- General questions or information regarding QlikTech
The Qoncierge service is available to QlikTech's direct customers and partners who are enrolled in QlikTech's maintenance and support. To benefit from the Qoncierge service, users must be using a supported version of the software. The service is provided separately to QlikTech's standard maintenance and support and no service levels or warranty of any kind are given by QlikTech. In no event will QlikTech be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, economic, or consequential damages (including loss of profits and good will, business interruption or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use the Qoncierge service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Qoncierge service is provided as a courtesy at QlikTech's sole discretion and may be withdrawn by QlikTech at any time.
